Blaine Boyd

Lead Pastor/Elder

Originally from the United States, Blaine has lived in the UAE since 2015. Prior to planting Redeemer Church of Al Ain, he served as a church planting resident with Redeemer Dubai. He received his M.Div. degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary which is located in Massachusetts, USA. While living in Massachusetts, he also served on staff at South Shore Baptist Church.

Blaine is married to Kelly, and they have one daughter, Natalie. They love to travel, eat sushi and play average tennis. Most of all, they love Jesus and His church, and long to see Him worshiped in all nations.


Drew Remke

Staff Pastor/Elder

Drew has lived and worked in the Arabian Peninsula since 2011. Before that, he served as one of the founding elders at Redeemer Lubbock in the state of Texas in the United States. He graduated from Texas A&M in 2002 and has been serving in ministry since that time. 

Drew is married to Jordan and they have three wonderful daughters. Their driving passion is to bring glory to God through sharing the good news of the gospel in all nations.   


Brandon Brewer

Pastoral Assistant

Originally from Texas, USA, Brandon and his family have lived in the Gulf since the Summer of 2015. Brandon and his family lived in Oman for two years and are currently learning from and serving the people of Redeemer Church of Al Ain.

Brandon and Sarah have three children who are fascinated with how big Goliath was, knock-knock jokes and majlis forts. The Brewers are passionate about seeing Christ glorified among all nations through His Church.


Guthrie Thomas

Pastoral Intern - Music

Guthrie is new to the UAE, and will spend 7 months serving with RCAA's music team. He has experience leading worship for different ministries in the US, and hopes to help build and develop the music team during his time in Al Ain.

Originally from Texas, USA, Guthrie is currently enrolled at Texas Tech University. He will finish his degree in 2019 and plans to move overseas after graduating. His greatest desire is to see the gospel proclaimed to every tribe, tongue, and nation.
